If you are a PHV or hackney driver or operator the police will provide details of any relevant investigation to the council which issues your licence. Accepting a fixed penalty ticket or a police caution as a quick way of resolving a situation can cause your licence to be suspended or revoked. Getting help in the police station can make all the difference.
We offer a full range of privately funded representation to anyone accused of a road traffic or criminal offence. We do not offer legal aid because many of you are not eligible for it and we do not believe are private clients should subsidise the costs those who receive legal aid.
